My Name Is Doug Hream Blunt

Luaka Bop recently released a compilation of songs that the iconic Doug Hream Blunt recorded in the late 90s, with a band composed of musicians that responded to a flyer for a workshop on ‘How To Start a Band’. I created all of the packaging and much of the branding for this release.

Rhythm Pharm

Rhythm Pharm asked me to update their website to reflect current aesthetics, to more consistently match their branding, and to make their site more functional and user friendly.

Luaka Bop 25th Anniversary Reissues

For Luaka Bop’s 25th anniversary, I was tasked with laying out LP versions of original releases that previously had only been released as CDs.

CCA Wattis – Capp Street 30th Birthday Party

Branding, Advertisements, Hand Painted Wall Text

The Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts celebrated the 30th Birthday Party of its Capp Street Project residency with a bang, including various artist designed piñatas, a ‘Baunshaus’, and a cake for every year of its existence. More information is available here.

Who is William Onyeabor?

Who is William Onyeabor? has gone through many stages and iterations. To begin I hand drew the cover image, then tried another drawing style, then later painted the current cover. I then added the title, and then a frame and the gentlemen holding the painting steady, pictured on the back cover. I’ve also designed websites, t-shirts, lots of ephemera, single covers and even instrument enclosures!
